This insole is very thin, I bought it for my Nike Trainer 1 cross trainers because it is a snug fitting shoe. I have both the sole regular softec and now the thin sport. The thin sport does not have the cushioning as the ultra and regular but the support is there. These are thin enough to put in my shoe without having my toes bunched up in the front. Heel cup is better than the other two versions more moldable. Thinking of trying these in my dress shoes.
I noticed a little slippage on the insole when I was doing my workout, maybe because the lack of cushion or foam like the other two have, but maybe that will go away with the molding process.
If you have really tight shoes and need a comfortable insole these are it.
